摘　　要：《麻雀与小孩（卷头语）》虽是黎锦晖创作中的一个短小篇章,但却集中体现了他的儿童音乐教育观在＂美＂的教育、＂民族＂教育、启蒙教育等多方面的珍贵思想。这些儿童音乐教育的思想,与国外音乐教育理论相比,自有其时代适用性,以及符合中国国情和传统的地方,也有着＂与国际接轨＂之妙处。黎锦晖那一辈的近代音乐教育家在儿童音乐教育方面的努力和追寻,使得他们的儿童音乐教育思想至今仍闪耀着光辉。Sparrow and Child （Preface）is a short chapter in Li Jin-hui＇s works, but it embodies LI Jin-hui＇s concept of children＇s music education in ＂easthetic＂ education, ＂national＂ education and enlightenment education. which are precious thoughts. These children＇s music education thoughts, compared with the theories of foreign music education,have their own era applicability and are in line with China＇s national conditions and traditions and the internationalstandards as well.Great efforts and pursuit of children＇s music education by LI Jin-hui and modern music educators of his days make their edcation thoughts on children music still shine brilliantly.
