摘　　要：根据调查,目前高职院校的就业指导工作存在严重的滞后性,尤其是部分高职院校对就业指导工作不重视和就业指导课程设置的不合理等情况。因此,针对上述问题,文章从思想意识、机构设置、师资培训、课程内容和教学形式等方面入手,提出解决思路,并从就业心理的辅导和创新创业的角度提出了一些新的理念,以期找到更加符合高职院校学生的就业指导途径和方法。According to the survey, the current vocational guidance for the work of the existence is seriously lag- ging behind, some vocational colleges do not attach importance to job guidance, the employment guidance curriculum cannot meet the needs of students. In order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward some ideas from the aspects of ideology, organization, teacher training, course content and teaching form, and puts forward some new ideas from the perspectives of employment psychology and innovation and entrepreneurship, in line with the vocational guidance of students in vocational guidance and methods.
