摘 要:高职毕业生就业质量是社会普遍关注的焦点问题,也是高职教育研究领域的热点问题,更是高职院校存在与发展的生命线。就业质量的评价指标既包括工作的固有客观特征,也包括毕业生主观满足程度。通过对江苏建康职业学院2012-2014届毕业生就业质量状况进行深入剖析,结合工作实践反思,提出进一步提升高职毕业生就业质量的具体路径。高职院校应牢固树立"全人"、"全程"、"全面"的理念,以实现学生全面发展、持续发展和个性发展的目标。The quality of employment of higher vocational graduates is the focus of social concern, but also a hot issue in the field of higher vocational education. It is the lifeline of the existence and development of higher vocational colleges. The evaluation indicators of the quality of employment include not only the inherent objective characteristics of the work, but also the subjective satisfaction degree of the graduates. Through an in - depth analysis of the Vocational College of Jiangsu Jiankang 2012 -2014 graduates employment quality condition, combined with the work practice and reflection, further improvement for the employment quality of vocational graduates of the specific path is put forward. Higher vocational colleges should firmly establish the "whole person", "full process", "full aspects" concept, in order to realize the all - round development of students and the goal of sustainable development and personality development.
