摘  要:急性脑梗死严重威胁人类的健康,实施早期有效的溶栓治疗、恢复缺血脑组织的血流和功能是临床公认有效的治疗手段。但溶栓治疗有严格的时间窗限制,能在早期行溶栓治疗的患者仅有5%,且并发症较多,为了攻克这一难题,缺血后适应对缺血脑组织的保护作用逐渐进入了人们的视线。目前远隔缺血后适应(RIPC)已成为当今研究的热点,通过对非致死性器官如远端肢体进行短暂非致死性重复缺血-再灌注处理,可明显减轻已缺血器官的缺血-再灌注损伤,对于已缺血脑组织可减轻其炎症反应,改善脑水肿,减小梗死体积。对于这一结论,许多研究都已证实,然而其发生机制尚不明确,目前较为公认的假说有抗细胞凋亡、抗氧化、抑制炎症反应、抑制一氧化氮(NO)释放、增加细胞因子等。本文将就基因的差异性表达作一相关性探讨。Acute cerebral infarction is a serious threat to people' s health,it' s recognized that implementation of effective early thrombolysis treatment and recovery of ischemic brain tissue blood flow and function are effective treatments in clinic. However,there are strict time window limits for thrombolytic therapy,only 5% of the patients are treated with thrombolytic therapy in the early stage,and there are more complications. To overcome this difficult problem,the protective effect of"ischemic postconditioning "on ischemic brain tissue has been gradually entered into people' s attention. At present,remote ischemic postconditioning( RIPC) has become a hot research,through transient and non lethal repetitive ischemiareperfusion treatment in non fatal organs such as the distal limb,can significantly reduce ischemia organ ischemia-reperfusion injury,and relieve the inflammatory reaction,improve the cerebral edema,and reduce the infarct size. For this conclusion,many studies have confirmed,but its mechanism is unclear. There is more accepted hypothesis of cell antiapoptosis,antioxidant inhibit,inflammation inhibit,increase NO and release cytokines etc. This paper made a correlation discuss on the differential expression of genes.
