摘  要:目的探讨分层级培训在提高护士岗位胜任能力中应用。方法对本院骨科中心43名护士按是否分层级培训而进行分组,2011年1月-2013年12月进行非分层级培训为培训前,2014年1月-2016年12月进行分层培训为培训后。统计分析本科室43名护士培训前后专业理论、专业技能、各层级护士岗位胜任能力考核结果、护理质量情况。结果培训后各层级护士岗位胜任能力考核成绩均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);培训后患者护理质量、护理安全及患者满意度等科室护理质量均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);培训后护理人员专业理论和专业技能的平均分、合格率均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论分层级培训能有效提高各层级护士岗位胜任能力、专业水平,而提高护理质量和患者护理满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the application of hierarchical level training in improving the nurse post competence. Methods 43 nurses in our hospital center orthopaedic were grouped, accorded to whether the hierarchical level training. No traditional the hierarchical level training from January 2011 to December 2013 were divided into pre-training group, and hierarchical level training from January 2014 to December 2016 were divided into after traing group. The undergraduate course room 43 nurses professional theory, professional skills before and after the training, the nurse post competence at the level of the assessment results, the quality of care situation were statistically analyzed. Results The nurse post competence at the level of the inspection results of after the training were higher than before the training, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Quality of patient care, nursing safety and patients satisfaction with nursing quality department of after the training were higher than before the training,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Nursing staff professional theory and the skill of average,percent of pass of after the training were higher than before the training,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Hierarchical level training can effectively improve the nurses at the level of competence, professional level, and improve nursing quality and patients satisfaction. It is worthy of popularization and application.
