局部晚期非小细胞肺癌同步放化疗中化疗方案的系统评价

摘　　要：目的比较局部晚期非小细胞肺癌同步放化疗中化疗方案的疗效及副反应。方法计算机检索pubmed、embase、cochrane图书馆、CNKI等数据库有关同期放化疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的随机对照试验,按研究设计标准由两位研究者独立进行筛选、提取相关资料并用Rev Man5.3软件进行统计分析。结果 9项RCT共959例患者纳入本研究,系统评价显示,含紫衫类联合铂类方案与EP方案近期疗效以及1、2年生存率无明显差常;含紫衫类联合铂类方案与含长春花生物碱类联合铂类方案比较,近期疗效、3年生存率均无明显差异。结论含紫衫类类联合铂类方案与EP方案、含长春花生物碱类联合铂类方案比较近期疗效无明显差异,亦1、2、3年生存优势。Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects of hemotherapy protocols in concurrent chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Randomized controlled trial of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for locally advanced non small cell lung cancer was retrieved in Pub Med, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, CNKI and other databases. According to research design standards, the data were screened and extracted by two researchers independently and analyzed by Rev Man5.3 software. Results A total of 959 patients with RCT were enrolled in this study with a total of 9 patients. System evaluation showed that paclitaxel combined with platinum containing class and EP regimen therapy, recent 1 year, the 2 year survival rate was often poor. The class containing paclitaxel combined with platinum containing solution and Changchun flower alkaloids combined with platinum scheme comparison, the short-term curative effect, the 3 year survival rate were not significantly different. Conclusion Class containing paclitaxel plus platinum regimen and EP regimen, compared with Changchun flower alkaloids combined with platinum solution has no significant difference in efficacy, also 1 years, 2 years, the survival advantage of 3 years.
