卵巢癌组织与肿瘤相关巨噬细胞之间的关系及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤相关巨噬细胞（TAM）与卵巢癌组织之间的关系以及对预后的影响。方法收集2010年11月-2016年7月我院手术切除、病例确诊并有完整临床资料的卵巢癌组织标本250例。采用免疫组化染色法检测TAM标志物CD68的表达量,根据检测结果分为低表达组和高表达组。分析TAM与卵巢癌发生、进展的关系。结果 CD68表达量与卵巢癌FIGO分期和淋巴结转移具有相关性（P〈0.05）,与年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度、组织学类型、远处转移和浸润深度无关（P〉0.05）;Spearman相关分析显示,淋巴结转移与CD68表达量呈正相关（r=0.742,P〈0.05）;高表达组PFS、OS均显著低于低表达组（P〈0.05）。结论 TAM水平在卵巢癌淋巴结转移及患者预后中发挥重要作用。Objective To investigate the relationship between tumor associated macrophages（TAM） and ovarian cancer and its influence on prognosis. Methods 250 patients with ovarian cancer were collected from our hospital in November 2010 to July 2016, who were surgically resected and confirmed with complete clinical data. Immunohistochemical staining method was used to detect the expression of TAM marker CD68. They were divided into low expression group and high expression group according to the detection results. The relationship between TAM and the occurrence and progression of ovarian cancer was analyzed. Results The expression of CD68 was correlated with ovarian cancer FIGO staging and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）, not related to age, tumor size, differentiation, histological type, distant metastasis and depth of invasion（P〉0.05）. Spearman correlation analysis showed that lymph node metastasis was positively correlated with CD68 expression（r=0.742, P〈0.05）. PFS and OS in the high expression group were significantly lower than those in the low expression group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion TAM levels play an important role in lymph node metastasis and prognosis in patients with ovarian cancer.
