摘　　要：广西北部湾经济区丰富的政策机遇所构建的投资环境对外资具有广泛而稳定的吸引力,经济区也将发挥其独特的区位优势,努力成为"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的新门户和新枢纽。在此背景下,经济区确立了外向推动型产业升级战略,凸显了外资在经济区产业发展中举足轻重的作用。该文运用动态面板数据模型对FDI与广西北部湾经济区产业发展协动效应进行研究,并对促进外资与经济区产业发展的良性互动提出策略建议。The investment environment attributable to abundant policy opportunities in Guangxi g Beibu Gulf Economic Zone has great and constant appeal to FDI. In addition, the economic zone will make full use of its regional advantages to develop into a new port and a new hub of the ＂21st Century Maritime Silk Road＂. In such a context, the economic zone has established an outgoing industrial up- grading strategy, which highlights the important role of FDI in the development of the economic zone. This paper makes an analysis of co - movement effect of FDI and industry development of Guangxi＇ s Beibu Gulft Economic Zone by applying the dynamic panel data model and puts forward some suggestions to push a positive co - movement between FDI and industry development of the economic zone.
