摘  要:目的探讨分析并总结头部血管瘤的治疗方法。方法回顾分析2012年3月-2014年8月广东省妇幼保健院160例头部血管瘤的临床治疗,根据血管瘤的类型和分期进行治疗。48例外用噻吗洛尔滴眼液,8例行口服普萘洛尔片治疗,9例局部注射平阳霉素,6例行血管瘤切除,58例外用噻吗洛尔滴眼液+脉冲染料激光治疗(pulsed dye laser,PDL),21例外用噻吗洛尔+口服普萘洛尔片,10例行外用噻吗洛尔滴眼液+PDL激光+口服普萘洛尔片治疗。结果所有病例经过6个月到2年随访,总有效率为93.75%,不良反应轻微,主要包括皮肤质地改变、睡眠障碍、胃肠道反应、及术后水疱、萎缩性瘢痕等。结论对于不同类型、不同时期的头部血管瘤,采用合适的方法治疗,是提高治愈率及减少并发症的关键。Objective To explore and summary the curative method of hemangioma of the head. Methods 160 cases of hemangioma of the head cured in Guangdong Women and Children Hospital from March 2012 to Auguest 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The treatment was carried on according to the types and stages of hemangioma. 48 cases were treated with topical timolol eye drops, 8 cases were treated with oral propranolol tablets, 9 cases were treated with local injection of Pingyang, 6 cases were treated with hemangioma resection, 58 cases were treated with topical timolol + Pulsed Dye Laser, 21 cases were treated with topical timolol + oral propranolol tablets, and 10 cases were treated with topical timolol + Pulsed Dye Laser + oral propranolol tablets. Results All cases were followed up from 6 months to 2 years. The total effective rate was 93.75%. It had mild adverse reactions, including skin texture change, sleep disorders, gastrointestinal reactions, and postoperative blisters, atrophic scar. Conclusion For different types, different periods of head hemangioma, appropriate treatment is the key to improve the cure rate and reduce complications.
