注射用尤瑞克林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效观察及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探析并评价使用注射用尤瑞克林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效以及安全性。方法针对2015年6月-2016年6月期间在我院接受治疗的104例急性缺血性脑卒中患者进行分析,所有患者均按照随机数字表达法分为两组,分别命名为对照组与观察组,其中对照组予以基础性治疗,观察组则在对照组的治疗基础上增加注射用尤瑞克林,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生的情况以及NIHSS评分值（美国国立卫生神经功能缺损评分）的变化情况。结果观察组患者治疗后21、90d的临床疗效的总有效率分别为94.23%与98.08%,明显优于对照组对应数值76.92%与84.62%,且治疗后NIHSS评分（9.58±1.26）分低于对照组（13.56±2.45）分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗后21d不良反应发生率（17.31%）稍高于对照组（11.54%）,但其差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论对急性缺血性脑卒中患者使用注射用尤瑞克林进行治疗可以有效地提高其治疗效果,且安全性高,值得推广。Objective To analysis and evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment with vial yuri orlov kling for acute ischemic stroke. Methods 104 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke cured in our hospital for a year（from June 2015 to June 2016） were analyzed. According to random digital table method, all the patients were divided into control group and observation group. Patients in control group were treated with basic treatment, and patients in observation gorup were treated with the vial yuri orlov kling on the basis of the control group. The value of the treatments via the clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reaction happened and NIHSS score values（the national institutes of health neural function defect scale） were analyzed. Results 21 days and 90 days after the treatment, the clinical efficacy of the total effective rate of the observation group were 94.23% and 98.08% respectively, while the respective rate of the control group were 76.92% and 84.62%, so rates of the observation group’s were definitely better than the those of the control group. And after treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group with（9.58±1.26） points was lower than the one of control group with（13.56±2.45） points, and the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group（17.31%） was slightly higher than the control group（11.54%）, but there was no statistically significant difference（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment with yuri orlov kling is an effective and safe way for the patients with acute ischemic stroke. It can effectively improve the treatment effect and high safety, and it is worthy of promotion.
