摘 要:目的分析江西省首例人感染H9N2禽流感病例的流行病学特征,为防控人感染H9N2禽流感提供参考。方法对江西省首例人感染H9N2禽流感病例的流行病学调查及病例共同暴露者与接触者进行观察。采集病例咽拭子等标本,应用Real-time RT-PCR方法对病例标本进行核酸检测。结果病例确诊为人感染H9N2禽流感病例,于第12病日解除隔离。病例第3病日和第8病日咽拭子标本检测均为禽H9流感病毒核酸阳性。病例发病前2周有禽H9流感病毒核酸阳性活禽市场暴露,家人、幼托机构儿童等密切接触者医学观察期内均未出流感样症状。结论该病例为江西省首例人感染H9N2禽流感病例确诊病例,感染来源可能与活禽市场暴露有关。Objective To analyze epidemiological characteristics of the first human infection with H9N2 avian influenza virus in Jiangxi so as to provide a reference for prevention and control of H9N2 avian influenza infection in humans. Methods The methods of epidemiological investigation was used to observe the first human infection with H9N2 avian influenza,the exposure and the contact persons. The throat swabs of the case were collected and RT-PCR method was used to detected the nucleic acid from the throat swabs. Results The patient was confirmed to be infected with human avian influenza H9N2 virus and released from quarantine on the 12 th sick day. H9 avian influenza virus nucleic acid in the swab specimens was positive on the 3rd and8 th sick day. The patient had exposured to live poultry markets where H9 avian influenza virus nucleic acid was detected positive two weeks before the case onset. Family,preschools children and other close contact persons did not show flu-like symptoms under medical observation period. Conclusion In Jiangxi,the case was the first confirmed H9N2 avian influenza infection in a human,the source of infection may be associated with the live poultry markets exposure.
