摘  要:目的:探讨游泳运动和补充黑木耳多糖对高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢不同的影响及其机制。方法:健康成年雄性SD大鼠60只。高脂膳食饲喂法造模成功后,按照随机分组,共分为5组,分别为空白对照组(H组)、高脂对照组(G组)、服用黑木耳多糖组(F组)、运动组(D组)、服用黑木耳多糖+运动组(E组)。周一至周六运动,周日休息,共进行10周。然后测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL等指标。结果 :与G组相比,其他各组大鼠TC均有所降低,其中F组和E组具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),D组具有显著差异(P<0.05);与G组相比,D组和F组大鼠TG水平明显降低,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01),其中F组效果最显著,E组差异具有显著性(P<0.05);与G组相比,E组LDL水平明显降低,具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),F组有显著性差异(P<0.05),D有所降低但差异无显著性(P>0.05);与G组相比,其他各组大鼠HDL都明显升高,具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),D组、F组和E组差距很小。结论:黑木耳多糖、60分钟游泳运动和黑木耳多糖加60分钟游泳运动都可以有效地降低高脂血症大鼠的TC、TG、LDL,升高HDL,具有良好的调节血脂的功效。Purpose: This study explores the effect of swimming and black fungus polysaccharide on hyperlipidemia rats and the mechanism. Methods: 60 healthy adult male SD rats after high fat diet model feeding successfully were divided into five groups: blank control group( H group),model control group( group G),taking the black fungus polysaccharide group( F group),the exercise group( D group),taking the black fungus polysaccharides + exercise group( E group). They took Monday to Saturday exercise with Sunday rest of a total of 10weeks exercise. And then the blood serum preparation,measured total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),high density lipoprotein( HDL) were taken. Results: Compared with the group G,the TC of other rats in each group was lower in Group F and Group E has a very significant difference( P〈0. 01),a significant difference( P〈0. 05) in Group D; compared with Group G,D and F rats,TG levels decreased significantly,the difference was very significant( P〈0. 01) in Group F of the most significant effect of group E were significantly different( P〈0. 05). Compared with Group G and Group E was significantly lower with the difference( P〈0. 01),in Group F there are significant differences( P〈0. 05),Group D,lower but differences are not significant( P〉0. 05); Group G compared to other groups in rat HDL is significantly higher,with significant differences( P〈0.01),group D,group F and group E are very close. Conclusion: black fungus polysaccharides,swimming for 60 minutes,and black fungus polysaccharides plus 60 minutes of swimming can effectively reduce the hyperlipidemia rats TC,TG,LDL and increase HDL.
