内镜下医用胶喷洒止血术治疗消化性溃疡并出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探索内镜下应用医用胶喷洒止血治疗消化性溃疡并出血的疗效。方法选取46例消化性溃疡并出血患者随机分成两组,观察组采取内镜下应用医用胶喷洒止血,对照组采用内镜下注射肾上腺素止血,比较止血效果;1个月后随访统计再出血情况。结果观察组显效14例,有效8例,无效1例;对照组显效15例,有效7例,无效1例,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。1个月后随访,观察组、对照组均有1例再次出血,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论内镜下应用医用胶喷洒止血治疗消化性溃疡并出血与传统的镜下局部注射肾上腺素效果相仿。Objective To explore the endoscopic application of medical glue spraying hemostatic efficacy for the treatment of peptic ulcer and bleeding. Methods 46 patients with peptic ulcer and bleeding were randomly divided into two groups, observation group to endoscopic spray application of medical glue hemostasis, the control group using endoscopic hemostatic epinephrine injection, compare the hemostatic effect. Statistical bleeding again after 1 month of follow-up. Results The observation group of 14 caseshad marked effect, 8 cases effectively, 1 had no effect. The control group, 15 cases were markedly improved effectively in 7 cases, 1 had no effect, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After 1 month of follow-up, the observation group and control group were 1 case of bleeding again, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic spray application of medical glue hemostatic treatment of peptic ulcer and bleeding with the traditional microscopic effect of local injection of epinephrine is similar, is worth further large sample research and gradually popularized.
