手法小切口与超声乳化治疗单纯老年性白内障的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察比较手法小切口(MSICS)与超声乳化吸除术(Phaco)治疗白内障的术后视力、眼压及术中、术后并发症。方法将我院近期260眼单纯性老年性白内障患者分别行手法小切口(130眼)和超声乳化(130眼),进行回顾性总结分析两种术式患者术后的矫正视力、眼压及术中术后并发症。结果两种方法远期均取得较为满意的视力,术后48小时后眼压均小于24mm Hg。术中后囊破裂者及角膜水肿者超声乳化组明显高于手法小切口组,术中虹膜损伤者手法小切口组明显高于超声乳化组,其他术中术后并发症无统计学意义。结论手法小切口与超声乳化治疗单纯老年性白内障有相似的效果,而对于Ⅳ级以上的硬核手法小切口更优于超声乳化。Objective To observe and compare the postoperative visual acuity, intraocular pressure, intraoperative and postoperative complications between manual small incision cataract surgery（MSICS） and phacoemulsification（Phaco）in the treatment of cataract. Methods 260 eyes of senile cataract patients in Liupanshui People’s Hospital were divided into two groups： one group underwent MSICS and the other Phaco（130 eyes in each group）.The corrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure after operation, the intraoperative and postoperative complications of two groups were analyzed. ResultsThe two groups both got satisfied visual acuity. The intraocular pressure of 48 hours after operation were lower than 24 mm Hg. Patients with posterior capsule rupture and corneal edema in Phaco group were significantly higher than those in MSICS group, but iris injury in the MSICS group was significantly higher than that in Phaco group, and there are nostatistical differences in the other intraoperative and postoperative complications. Conclusion The MSICS and Phaco have similar effects on the treatment of simple senile cataract, but the MSICS is superior to Phacoincuring nuclear cataracts of level IV or above.
