摘　　要：目的评价KTP激光泪道成形术联合红霉素眼膏注入治疗泪道阻塞的疗效。方法采用国产HGL—MYK8型KTP激光泪道治疗机对276例(287眼)泪道阻塞进行汽化疏通术,联合泪道内注入红霉素眼膏,随访6个月至2年。结果治愈241眼(83.97%),有效25眼(8.71%),无效21眼(7.32%)。总成功率为92.68%。结论 KTP激光联合红霉素眼膏注入治疗泪道阻塞,疗效肯定。Objetive To evaluate the effect of KTP laser on lacrimal duct combined with erythromycin ophthalmic ointment in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods 276 cases（287 eyes） with lacrimal duct obstruction were treated with the HGLMYK8 KTP laser, the erythromycin ophthalmic ointment was injected into the lacrimal duct. The follow-up period was 6 months to 2 years. Result 241 eyes were cured（83.97%）, 25 eyes were effective（8.71%） and 21 eyes were ineffective（7.32%）. The total effective rate was 92.68%.Conclusion KTP laser combined with erythromycin ophthalmic ointment injection for the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction is a safe and effective method for the patients with occlusion of lacrimal duct.
