糖尿病性白内障小切口摘除加人工晶体植入术疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨分析糖尿病性白内障患者通过小切口摘除加人工晶体植入手术进行治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2014年5月~2015年5月期间我院诊断糖尿病性白内障并接受小切口摘除加人工晶体植入手术进行治疗的患者45例,共50只眼,以此作为本次探究分析的临床资料,探讨小切口摘除加人工晶体植入手术的临床治疗效果。结果患者视力明显改善,最佳矫正视力结果显示在0.5以上的患者占比76.00%,较术前视力明显提高,差异在统计学上有意义(P<0.05);患者接受手术后出现角膜水肿、后囊膜破裂、纤维素性渗出手术并发症,并发症发生率合计36.00%。结论糖尿病性白内障患者通过小切口摘除加人工晶体植入手术进行治疗的临床疗效良好,可明显改善患者的视力,但是需要注意手术护理以降低手术并发症的发生率。Objetive To analyze the clinical effect on smallincision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation for the treatment of diabetic cataract. Methods 45 patients（50 eyes） of diabetic patients undergoing smallincision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results After the surgery, 76% patients got visual acuity better than 0.5, which was significantly improved than preoperative results（P〈0.05）. After surgery, patients were complicated with corneal edema and posterior capsular rupture, anterior chamber fibrin exudation, and total rate was about 36.00%. Conclusion The treatment of smallincision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation for the diabetic cataract had a reliable curative effect. It could obviously improve the visual acuity. But we needed to pay attention to surgical care in order o reduce the incidence of surgical complications.
