改良式鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的方法观察鼻腔粘膜在鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术中的作用。44例(44眼)慢性泪囊炎施行鼻腔粘膜瓣改良术式,泪囊瓣与鼻粘膜瓣根部吻合,鼻粘膜瓣自前向蒂部剪开呈前2/3、后下1/3斜行上下两瓣。结果改良式患者症状消失,吻合口通畅,无明显肉芽增生。术后多次冲洗泪道均通畅,44例全部成功。结论改良式病人症状消失,鼻腔吻合口肉芽增生明显减轻。Objetive To observe the effect of Nasal mucosal in nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods 44 cases（44 eyes） with chronic dacryocystitis were treated by improved surgery, in which lacrimal sac disc was sutured with nasal mucosal flap of the pedicle and the anterior 2/3 and posterior 1/3 of the nasal mucosa flap were cut from the front to the pedicle. Results The symptoms of patients were disappeared after the surgery with anastomotic patency. And no obvious hyperplasia of granulation was observed. Many times of washing lacrimal duct showed unobstructed. All patients got full success. Conclusion The symptoms of patients treated by surgery disappeared, and the granulation hyperplasia of nasal anastomotic was significantly reduced.
