基于肌电均方根和包络线的不同蹲起动作的肌电特征研究

摘  要:目的:探讨不同蹲起动作对肌肉的刺激效果。方法:对8名体育专业男大学生3种蹲起动作进行表面肌电测试。结果:正确蹲起动作胫骨前肌的肌电值比膝关节前倾蹲起动作的高50%(P<0.01),股四头肌外侧的肌电值低8.11%(P<0.01)。股四头肌外侧、胫骨前肌的包络线不具有相关性。相对于股四头肌发力蹲起动作,臀肌发力蹲起动作的臀大肌、臀中肌、胫骨前肌的肌电均方根平均值较高(P<0.01),臀大肌、胫骨前肌、臀中肌的包络线不具有相关性。结论:正确的蹲起动作与膝关节前倾蹲起动作相比,仅胫骨前肌和臀大肌的均方根肌电数值表现出显著性差异,臀中肌、股四头肌、腓肠肌和股二头肌竖脊肌均未表现出显著性差异。实际力量训练中,深蹲训练的蹲起过程中要强调臀部肌肉的主动收缩,才能达到激活臀肌,更好的提高臀肌力量的作用。The study is to investigate the electromyographic effect caused by three types of different squat. Eight male students from sports college volunteered to participate in this study.Surface electromyographic signals of gluteus maximus( GM),upper limbar erector spifemoris( ULES),quadriceps of the lateral( QL),biceps femoris( BF),tibialis anterior( TA),lateral head of gastrocnemius( LHOGE) and gluteus medius( GM) were measured in different squat.The results showed a significant difference between the posture of knee joint anterior process mean while within the knee buckles and no more than a toe of knee joint while not bendy the trunk in the area of tibialis anterior,and the quadriceps of the lateral exist differences( P〈 0.01) and the linear envelope was uncorrelated. The sigal of gluteus maximus muscle force model is significantly greater than that of no more than a toe of knee joint while not bendy the trunk in the area of gluteus maximus,gluteus mediusa and tibialis anterior( P〈 0. 01) and the linear envelope was uncorrelated. It has been shown not only the training of power was ineffective,but also possible to cause the injury of knee joint. Compared to no more than a toe of knee joint while not bendy the trunk,gluteus maximus muscle force model could both strengthen the power of vastus ateralis and better develop the power of gluteus maximus and gluteus medius,which showed a better training effect,and a better accordance with the actual actions.
