摘  要:教育实习是师范教育理论与实际教学相结合的重要体现,是师范生获得为师从教的实际能力与全面提高综合素质的重要途径和关键环节。本文简要分析了当前化学教育实习评价体系存在的问题,并提出新形势下化学教育实习综合量化考评指标体系的改革内容,包含教学工作、班主任工作、其他活动和个人表现等4项内容为一级评价指标,对各个一级评价指标进行了具体量化,指出了化学教育实习评价体系研究的改革方向。Educational practice is an important embodiment of the combination of normal education theory and practical teaching. Also it is an important way and key link for the normal students to obtain the practical ability of teaching and comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality. The current problems in the evaluation system of chemistry educational practice were briefly analyzed,it the reform content of comprehensive quantitative evaluation index system of chemistry educational practice under the new situation was put forward,including teaching work,class teacher work,other activities and personal performance of the four elements for the first evaluation index,and each evaluation index was quantified. And the reform direction of the research on the evaluation system of educational practice was pointed out.
