新森田疗法与康复疗法对康复期精神分裂症患者的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的对新森田疗法与康复疗法对康复期精神分裂症患者的疗效进行分析及判定。方法将2013年2月至2014年1月我院收治的80例康复期精神分裂症患者进行随机分组,分为为对照组与观察组,2组患者各40例。两组除均予以常规护理外,对照组给予患者康复疗法,观察组给予患者新森田疗法,并对2组患者的住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)及简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)的评估结果进行对比。结果治疗干预前,两组患者的IPROS,BPRS的各项因子分及总分组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的IPROS各项因子分及总分,BPRS的各项因子分及总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予精神分裂症患者新森疗法较传统的康复疗法,可以更有效的改善精神病性症状的同时改善其社会功能,值得在临床中推广实施。Objective To analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of New Morita Therapy and Rehabilitation Therapy on patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period . Methods 80 case of patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period treated in our hospital from February 2013 to January 2014 were collected for this iesearch anti then randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 40 patients for each. All the patients were adminis- trated with routine nursing care. And patients of the control group were given Rehabilitation Therapy besides, while pa- tients of the observation group were given New Morita Therapy, scores of IPROS and BPRS of the two groups of patients were evaluated and compared before and after therapy intervention. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in every factor scores and total scores of IPROS and BPRS before therapy intervention （ P〉 0.05 ） . After intervention, every factor scores and total scores of IPROS and BPRS in the observation group were all significantly lower than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion New Morita Therapy can he more effective to improve the psychotic symptoms and social function of patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period. Thus, it is worthy of the implementation in clinical work.
