放松治疗结合米氮平片对于广泛性焦虑障碍患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨放松治疗结合米氮平片对于广泛性焦虑障碍患者的预后影响。方法 2013年3月至2014年2月选择在我院诊治的广泛性焦虑障碍患者101例,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组51例与对照组50例,对照组给予米氮平片治疗,治疗组给予放松训练结合米氮平片治疗,治疗周期为2个月。结果治疗后治疗组与对照组的焦虑评分分别为32.09±4.29分和40.98±5.11分,都明显低于治疗前的46.44±5.31分和46.14±4.98分,同时组间对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的显效率为94.1%,对照组为82.0%,治疗组的显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,治疗期间治疗组的嗜睡、便秘、胃肠道症状、头晕等不良反应发生情况明显较少(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组的躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论放松训练结合米氮平片治疗广泛性焦虑障碍患者能有效缓解焦虑障碍,提高治疗疗效,减少药物治疗的不良反应,有助于心理健康质量的改善,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the prognosis effects of relaxation therapy combined with mirtazapine tab- lets for patients with generalized anxiety disorder. Methods From March 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital, se- lected 101 generalized anxiety disorder 101 patients and were equally divided into treatment group of 51 patients and the control group of 50 patients based on the random number table, the control group were given mirtazapine tablets treat- ment, the treatment group were received relaxation therapy combined with mirtazapine tablets treatment, the treatment period were two months. ResuLts After treatment, the anxiety scores in the treatment group and the control group were 32.09 ±4.29 points and 40.98 ± 5.11 points that were significantly lower than 46.44 ± 5.31 points and 46.14 ± 4.98 points before treatment, compared to between-group differences were statistically significance （ P〈 0.05 ） . The ef- ficiency of the treatment group and the control group were 94.1% and 82.0 % respectively, which the treatment group were significantly higher （P〈0.05） . The drowsiness, constipation, gastrointestinal symptoms, dizziness and other adverse reactions during treatment in the treatment group were significantly less than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . After treatment, the somatization, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, hostility, paranoia, psychosis and other scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Relaxation training combined with mirlazapine tablets in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder can alleviate anxiety disorder, im- prove treatment efficacy and reduce side effects of drug therapy, help to improve the mental health that worthy of clini- cal application.
