中西医结合干预宫颈癌患者术后并发抑郁临床探析

摘　　要：目的探讨应用归脾丸干预宫颈癌患者术后并发抑郁症的临床效果。方法将2011年1月~2014年12月在我院行手术治疗且术后并发抑郁症的68例宫颈癌患者随机分为两组,对照组(33例)常规治疗,同时加强心理护理;观察组(35例)在对照组的基础上加服归脾丸,比较两组患者抑郁症状改善情况。结果干预之前,两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和QOL评分基本相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预治疗4~6周后,观察组患者HAMD评分低于对照组,QOL评分则高于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论归脾丸对宫颈癌患者术后并发抑郁症有辅助治疗作用,中西医结合能缓减患者的抑郁情绪,改善心理状态,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the application of Guipi pill intervention in patients with cervical cancer com- plicated with depression clinical effect. Methods In January 2011 to December 2014 in our hospital surgical treat- ment and postoperative concurrent depression of 68 cases of cervical cancer patients were randomly divided into for two groups, control group （ n= 33 ） routine treatment, while strengthening the psychological nursing care; observation group （35 cases ） in the control group based on the Guipi pills services, compared two groups of patients with depres- sive symptoms to improve the situation. Results Two groups of patients with Hamilton Depression table （HAMD） and QOL scores are basically the same before the intervention, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）; 4-6 weeks after intervention treatment, the score of HAMD in observation group was lower than that in the control group, QOL score is higher than the control group, the differences were significantly （ P〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Guipi pills and Western medicine combined with can alleviate the depression of patients, improve mental state, improve the qual- ity of life.
