摘　　要：通过调查研究职业素养与高职毕业生就业质量之间的关联,形成以高职院校为中心、企业不断参与的良好的职业素养教育环境,以提高高职毕业生的就业质量,有效反馈学校职业素养融入教学的效果,使教学、实践与职业素养培养三者结合得更加紧密,使职业素养和职业能力培养能够更好地贴近社会实际需求,实现真正与企业、社会需求无缝衔接的专业人才培养目标。Through detailed investigation and study of the link between professional quality and the quality of higher vocational graduates employment, this article points out that the goal of talent cultivation should,cultivate a good professional quality education environment through enterprise＇s continuously participation with higher vocational colleges as the center, so as to improve the employment quality of higher vocational graduates and get effective feedback to school professional quality merged into teaching.Also this will make the practice and professional quality training combination more closely, so that the cultivation of professional ability and professional quality can be closer to the social enterprise＇s actual demand, and real seamless enterprise, social demand goal of talent cultivation can be realized.
