摘 要:医院绩效评价是一个热门课题,陆续报道的评价方案正在趋同化。绩效评价首先在于对医院存在问题的认识与思考。分清合理营利与过度营利之后,再研究合理分配。绩效寄托着理想,但不能脱离现实。应该利用大数据等先进分析手段,深入认识医院绩效,认识收支结余与绩效工资的关系。"评价后"是一个工作阶段,要认真抓好。Hospital performance assessment is a hot topic under the environment of healthcare reform and the assessment methods are convergence. Based on the thoughts of existing problems and clearly analysis the differences between rational surplus and over surplus, performance allocation will then be discussed. Hospital performance has the function of describing blueprint but the precondition is not divorced from reality. It is considered to deepen hospital performance research, clear the relation between hospital surplus and performance payment by the support of big data. Post-assessment is a process of performance management and needs to pay more attention.
