摘  要:目的:了解住院医师规范化培训实施过程中存在的问题,分析影响实施效果的因素,为下一步制定评估指标体系提供参考依据。方法:对北京市、上海市和四川省省(直辖市)级卫生计生行政部门、医院管理部门、临床带教医师和行业组织管理人员等36名专家进行深入访谈及相应政策分析;借助计算机对资料进行编码、归类、精简,总结访谈主题。结果:当前在组织规划、培训资源、行政管理、带教质量和培训活动方面均存在不足。结论:影响培训实施效果的因素分为培训背景和培训绩效2个层面,涉及组织规划、培训资源、行政管理、带教医师、培训活动和培训对象等6个方面,其中带教老师是关键因素,培训活动是直接因素,组织规划、培训资源和行政管理是间接因素。Objectives: To understand the problems in the implementation of standardized resident training and analyze influence factors and to provide reference for further developing assessment index system. Methods: Through in-depth interviews and policy analysis with 36 experts from provincial health and family planning administration, hospital management, clinical teaching and industry organization and management in Beijing, Shanghai and Sichuan and policy analysis, with the help of computer, the data were encoded, classified and stream lined and the interview subjects were summarized. Results At present, there are deficiencies on organization planning, training resources, training management, teaching quality and training activities. Conclusion: Factors influencing training effectiveness can be divided into training background and performance which includes planning and organization, training resources, administrative management, teaching faculty, training activities and trainee. Among these 6factors, teaching faculty is the key factor; training activities is the direct factor; organization planning, training resources and administration are indirect factors.
