地方高校大学生毕业去向选择行为研究——以南充N大学为例

摘　　要：高校扩招以来,学生的就业问题成为社会关注热点,大学生毕业去向总体上呈现出向就业、升学、自主创业三个方向发展的趋势。针对这一现象就南充N大学毕业学生的毕业去向选择进行分析,通过因子分析找到影响学生毕业去向的主要影响因素,并根据这一影响因子进行细化分析,找出不同学院或专业的学生的就业偏好并进行相应分析。通过对这一问题的分析帮助高校学生找到影响其未来毕业去向选择的主因素;根据不同影响因子对学生的毕业去向选择的影响,帮助学生建立合理的职业生涯规划。这对于学校建立人才培养方案及调整专业设置也有着深远意义。Since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,the employment of college students has become the focus of social attention,and the college graduates＇ graduation whereabouts presents the developmental trend from the three directions of employment,further studies and self employment. Aiming at this phenomenon,the students of N University of Nanchong are chosen for analysis. Through the factor analysis,the main influencing factors will be found. Using the influencing factors to make a detailed analysis,we find their employment preference of college students from different schools and majors. The analysis of this problem is helpful for college students to find the main factors that affect their choices for future graduation whereabouts. According to the different influencing factors on students＇ graduation whereabouts,we help students establish a reasonable career planning,which has farreaching significance in establishing the personnel training and adjusting the specialty setup.
