摘　　要：设计了一套基于CC-Link总线的聚氨酯彩钢保温板自动生产线控制架构,该架构基于分散控制、集中管理的思想,对系统的硬件和软件进行了设计。整个系统采用三菱的Q系列作为主站,FX系列作为从站,采用GT Designer组态软件对整个生产过程进行监控。相比集中式系统,该生产系统具有优越的性能,符合现代生产需求。In order to satisfy the requirement of the polyurethane insulation board,the design of automatic production line based on CC-Link is designed in this paper.The architecture reflects the idea of decentralized control and centralized management.The entire system uses the MITSUBISHI Q series as the main station,FX series as the slave station,using GT Designer configuration software to monitor the entire production process.
