摘　　要：本文通过对国内外文献进行检索复习,综述了心理社会干预对癌症患者免疫功能的影响。结果表明心理社会干预对癌症患者T细胞亚群、自然杀伤细胞、细胞因子和皮质醇水平均有一定的影响,但研究结果尚缺乏一致性,对不同肿瘤类型的各项免疫学指标的影响不一,且对同一肿瘤类型的相同免疫学指标的影响也存在差异。未来仍需更严谨的研究设计对相关指标的影响加以证实,针对不同癌症人群选择合适的免疫学指标也是将来的研究内容。This paper reviewed the effects of psychosocial intervention including mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy,cognitive behavioral stress management,and cognitive behavior therapy on immune function in cancer patients.The results showed that psychosocial intervention had a certain effect on the level of T cell subsets,natural killer cells,cytokines and cortisol in cancer patients.However,the findings from studies are not consistent,with various effects on some immune indicators either in the same or different types of tumor.Therefore,more research with rigorous design is needed to confirm the effects of psychosocial intervention on selected immune indicators.Meanwhile,selecting the appropriate immune index for different cancer types is also needed.
