摘　　要：目的观察维持治疗在难治性消化性溃疡及消化性溃疡复发的预防上的应用效果。方法 60例患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,观察奥美拉唑的治疗对难治性溃疡及复发溃疡的愈合相关疗效。结果治疗组的难治性溃疡的愈合率及消化性溃疡复发率明显优于对照组。结论奥美拉唑的应用在难治性消化性溃疡及预防消化性溃疡的复发取得了明确效果。Objective To observe the effect of maintenance therapy on preventing the recurrence of refractory peptic ulcer and peptic ulcer. Methods 60 patients were randomly assigned for treatment group and control group, the observation of omeprazole in the treatment of refractory ulcer and ulcer recurrence of healing related. Results In the treatment group refractory ulcer healing rate and recurrence of peptic ulcer was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion The application of omeprazole in the treatment of refractory peptic ulcer and prevent the recurrence of peptic ulcer has made a clear effect.
