摘　　要：鹅血富含免疫球蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等生物活性物质,具有通膈解毒、化瘤消坚、补益元气、温胃开津等功效,临床可用于多种疾病的辅助治疗。近年,众多学者对鹅血的药用机制进行了研究,主要集中于治疗食管癌、胃癌、肝癌等消化道肿瘤。越来越多的学者参与到鹅血对消化道肿瘤的干预机制研究中,本文就鹅血治疗消化道肿瘤的相关研究做一简要探讨。Goose blood is rich in immunoglobulin,superoxide dismutase（SOD） and other bioactive substances,which is widely applied to clinical adjuvant therapy for various disease for it could unblock the diaphragm,resolve tumor and soften the hardness,tonify original qi,warm stomach to promote saliva. In recent years,many researchers have studied the pharmaceutical mechanism of goose blood,mainly for esophageal cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer and other digestive tract tumors. In this paper the research on the treatment of the digestive tract tumor with goose blood was summarized and studied.
