放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中晚期宫颈癌运用不同放疗方案治疗的临床效果。方法选择2010年1月至2011年1月中晚期宫颈癌患者68例为研究对象,按照数字随机表法分为两组,对照组给予单纯放疗治疗,观察组运用同步放化疗治疗,比较分析两组的治疗效果。结果观察组临床缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率高于对照组,但组间比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访3~5年,观察组转移率和复发率均低于对照组,生存率高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比较单纯放疗而言,同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌,虽然增加了发生不良反应的风险,但其临床缓解率较高,能够提高患者的生存率,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effects of different radiotherapy on advanced cervical cancer. Methods From January 2010 to January 2011,68 patients with advanced cervical cancer were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups,the control group was treated by radiotherapy alone,while the observation group was given concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,the clinical remission rate of the observation group was higher（ P 0. 05）. During the treatment,the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not significant（ P 0. 05）. During the followed up of 3-5 years,compared with the control group,the metastasis and recurrence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the survival rate was higher than that of the control group,the differences were significant（ P 0. 05）. There was significant difference between the two groups in treatment time（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with simple radiotherapy,radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer,despite an increase in the risk of adverse reactions,its clinical remission rate is higher,which can improve the survival rate of patients and is worthy to be popularized.
