超声乳化联合前房角分离术治疗青光眼合并白内障疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察超声乳化联合前房角分离术治疗青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效。方法选择2014年8月至2016年4月青光眼合并白内障患者80例,给予所有患者超声乳化联合前房角分离术治疗,观察患者术后眼压水平、前房深度、视力水平,并与手术前展开对比分析。结果患者术后眼压水平为(16.7±2.8)mm Hg,明显低于术前的(32.5±4.9)mm Hg,术后前房深度为(3.6±0.9)mm,明显大于术前的(1.5±0.4)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者术后视力水平为0.7±0.03,明显高于术前的0.23±0.01,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化联合前房角分离术治疗青光眼合并白内障能够有效增宽眼角、促进房水循环、控制眼压,改善视力水平,具有安全有效的应用价值,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of phacoemulsification combined with anterior goniosynechialysis on glaucoma combined with cataract. Methods Eighty patients with glaucoma combined with cataract admitted into our hospital from August 2014 to April 2016 were selected as the research objects,all patients were treated with phacoemulsification combined with anterior goniosynechialysis. The intraocular pressure levels,anterior chamber depth and visual acuity levels of patients were observed and compared before and after the surgery. Results The intraocular pressure level of patients after surgery was（ 16. 7 ± 2. 8） mm Hg,which was significantly lower than that [（ 32. 5 ± 4. 9） mm Hg] before treatment. And anterior chamber depth was（ 3. 6 ± 0. 9） mm,which was significantly greater than that [（ 1. 5 ± 0. 4） mm]before treatment,the difference was significant（ P 0. 05）. The visual acuity level of patients after surgery was 0. 7 ±0. 03,which was significantly higher than that（ 0. 23 ± 0. 01） before treatment,the difference was significant（ P 0. 05）.Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with anterior goniosynechialysis in treatment of glaucoma combined with cataract can effectively broaden the corner of eye,promote aqueous fluid circulation,control intraocular pressure and improve visual acuity level,which is safe and is worthy of generalization.
