人附睾上皮分泌蛋白4在卵巢癌诊治中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨采用人附睾上皮分泌蛋白4（HE4）对卵巢癌进行诊断的临床价值。方法随机选取2014年7月至2015年12月卵巢癌患者105例作为观察组，另选取同期收治的卵巢良性病变患者90例作为对照A 组，健康人130例作为对照 B 组，对三组受试对象的血清癌抗原125（CA125）和 HE4水平进行测定，并对检测结果进行分析。结果观察组患者的血清 HE4水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；在观察组中，患者的血清 CA125水平同 HE4水平呈正相关（P ＝0.001）；而在对照组中，受试对象的血清 CA125水平同 HE4水平并未表现出明显的相关性（P ＞0.05）。结论血清 HE4是一种良好的卵巢癌标志物，有助于对子宫良恶性病变进行有效鉴别，且在卵巢癌患者的早期筛查诊断中具有十分积极的作用，建议在临床中进一步推广，以提高卵巢癌的早期确诊率。Objective To investigate the clinical value of human epididymis secretory protein 4 （HE4） in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods A total of 105 patients with ovarian carcinoma from July 2014 to December 2015 were selected as observation group, and another 90 cases with benign ovarian lesions were selected as control group A and 130 cases of healthy people were selected as control group B, the serum CA125 and HE4 levels of the three groups were determined, and the test result were analysiss. Results The serum level of HE4 in observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; in the observation group, the level of serum CA125 was positively correlated with HE4 level （P = 0. 001 ） ; in the control group, the serum CA125 level was not correlated with HE4 levels （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Serum HE4 is a good marker for ovarian cancer; it can contribute to effective identification of uterine benign and malignant lesions, and have very positive role in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer, so it is recommended to be further promoted in the clinics to improve the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
