摘  要:针对真空断路器真空度在线监测方法的现状,在屏蔽罩电位法和磁控放电法基础上,提出一种基于潘宁放电的灭弧室真空度在线监测方法。本文首先分析了屏蔽罩电位法进行真空度监测的原理,通过在灭弧室外增加励磁线圈使其产生轴向磁场促使屏蔽罩与触头间发生潘宁放电,经过数学分析论证推导出潘宁放电时真空度与屏蔽罩电位间的函数关系。与磁控放电法相比,该方法能够在断路器闭合工作时完成真空度的在线监测,同时不需要复杂的高压脉冲电源线路。经过模拟实验发现,采用基于潘宁放电的灭弧室真空度在线监测时,该方法的有效测量范围为3×10^(-3)~5 Pa,跨越了灭弧室真空度的有效范围和失效范围,测量曲线变化更为平缓,与屏蔽罩电位法相比该方法的测量范围更宽准确性更高。A novel technique was developed to on-line monitor the pressure in vacuum circuit interrupter. The mechanism was that Penning discharge,between the metal shield and electrode initiated by an axial magnetic field excited with a small coil installed outside the vacuum chamber,significantly depends on the pressure and closely relates to the AC shield potential. A control unit with a capacitive coupled probe monitors the pressure by measuring the AC potential,and the dependence of the pressure on the shield potential at Penning discharge was calculated.The Penning discharge based monitoring technique outperforms that based on magnetron discharge because it works even when the vacuum circuit breaker is closed and no high-voltage pulse power supply is required. The pressure monitoring covers a range of 3 × 10^-3~ 5 Pa. The newly-developed pressure monitoring technique has wider range and better accuracy than the one based on shield potential.
