摘 要:旅游人才是旅游业发展的中坚力量,旅游管理专业硕士(MTA)的设立使得我国旅游高端人才培养更加专业化和规范化。然而由于我国MTA教育刚刚起步,在培养目标定位、课程设置和培养特色方面还存在着许多问题和不足,各高校发展良莠不齐。目前,办学吸引力不足是制约MTA招生的重要因素,通过分析7所MTA培养院校的成功经验,找出MTA教育成功的主要因素:清晰准确的办学目标、优势明显的办学特色、开放国际化的培养体系以及雄厚的师资力量,在此基础上构建了"O-SOS"的MTA人才培养模式,以促进我国MTA教育的繁荣发展。Tourism talent is the backbone of the development of the tourism industry,and the establishment of master of Tourism Management(MTA) makes the training of high-end talents in China more specialized and standardized.But,As the MTA education in our country has just started,there are still a lot of problems and deficiencies in training target location,course setting and training characteristics.The development of colleges and universities are uneven in quality.The lack of insufficient attraction is an important factor restricting the enrollment of MTA.Through the analysis of the experience of seven successful MTA trianing institutions,there are four main factors affecting the MTA successful education:the clear and accurate educational goals,the school characteristics with obvious advantages,the opening and international training system,and the excellent faculty.On the basis of the analysis,a MTA training model named ″O-SOS″ is constructed to promote the prosperity and development of MTA education in our country.
