摘　　要：处于思想政治教育前沿阵地的高校如何适应新形势,创新思想政治教育工作的思路与方式,切实增强思想政治教育实效性,是当前各高校急需解决的重要问题。近年来,国内不少学者对如何利用档案资源促进大学生思想政治教育展开了深入探讨,分析了档案资源所具有的思想政治教育功能、价值意义、面临的问题及其实现途径等相关问题,并提出了很多意见。It is an important issue for colleges and universities to solve urgently in the present that how higher institutes, which stand in the frontier of ideological and political education, adapt to the new normal, innovate methods and ways of the education, and enhance its effectiveness. In recent years, many scholars launched an in -depth study on how to use archival resources to promote ideological and political education to university students, analyzed the files＂ function of ideological and political education, their values and significance, their problems, etc, and put forward a lot of opinions.
