摘 要:通过特色谋求发展已经成为广大农业经营者、理论界和政策制定者的共识,但如何发现和塑造特色,却是"知易行难"。本文认为:在发展创意农业的过程中,与先天具备的独特资源相比,人类自身的创意更可依赖;创意生产的传统模式因为仅仅依靠经营者自身或本土的力量,有着较大的局限性,而通过农业从业者与其它主体之间(尤其是城乡之间)的"协同创新",创意生产的效率将大大提高。基于以上结论,本文给出了通过协同创新发展特色农业的具体路径。It has become a shared consensus among agricultural managers, scholars and the policy makers to seek development through features. But it is more difficult to find and shape features. This paper holds that when developing featured agriculture, compared with the inherent unique resources, the human beings' creativity is more reliable. The traditional model of innovative production is greatly constrained by the mere dependence on the managers themselves or local resources. The efficiency of the creative production could be greatly improved through the collaborative innovation between the agricultural practitioners and other subjects (especially between urban and rural areas). Based on the above-mentioned conclusions, the specific paths are proposed for developing featured agriculture through collaborative innovation.
