摘 要:针对地方综合性高校实践教学现状,结合学校物理学科发展的特点和优势,探索教学平台建设的改革创新。通过科研转化与学科交叉,拓展创新实践项目;开放实验、科研训练和学科竞赛互为补充;利用科研院所和工厂企业资源,建立学生实习实训基地,实现了多元化、分层次的实践教学体系革新;进一步优化教师结构,提升了实验队伍的科研能力和教学水平;使实践教学平台更好地服务于创新型创造型人才的培养。It is described that the teaching center of experimental physics in Shanxi University constructs physical practice-teaching platform for recent years.Combined with the advantage of our physics subject in a local comprehensive university,we discuss the reform and innovation of physical practice-teaching platform.First,the teaching and the practical items have been extended by the transformation of scientific achievement and the interdisciplinary integration;Second,the opening experiments,student research trainings and academic competitions are complemented each other;Third,many practical training bases have been built in some research institutes and enterprises,they also innovate the practice-teaching system in multiple wide ways and many layers.In order to enhance the standard of teaching and scientific research,we have optimized the structure of teaching staff.These are the better service for the practice teaching platform to cultivate innovative and creative talent.
