摘　　要：随着警察教育模式改革的不断深入,实验教学在警察院校教学、科研工作中所发挥的作用日益重要,但实验教师队伍建设中尚存在一些问题。现通过对警察院校实验教师队伍建设存在的问题及原因进行分析,提出了加快警察院校实验教师队伍发展的措施:树立实验教学新理念,建立新的实验教学体系;健全实验教师管理体制,创新各项管理制度;明确实验教师的从业资格标准,引进高层次专业人才,加强专业培训和交流学习;提高实验教师队伍的综合素质;实行实验教师岗位聘任,健全考核激励机制;创建和谐的实验室文化,稳定实验教师队伍。Along with the continuously deepening about police education mode reform,the experiment teaching is becoming more and more important at teaching and scientific research in police colleges.But there are some problems in the construction of experimental teaching staff.This paper discusses the problems and reasons on construction of experimental teaching staff.Some measures are presented to accelerate development about construction of experimental teacher staff in police colleges.These measures include establishing the new concept of experiment teacher,setting up the new experiment teacher system,improving the management system of experimental teacher,innovating each management system,clearing occupational qualification standards of experimental teachers and introducing high-level professionals.It also contains strengthening professional training and exchange of learning,increasing the comprehensive quality of experimental teachers,practicing the post engagement systems for experimental teachers,optimizing assessment and incentive mechanism,creating the harmonious laboratory culture and stabilizing experimental teacher staff.
