摘　　要：本文通过对江苏、安徽、湖北和湖南四省生猪养殖密集地区的调查,分析了生猪养殖户对政府施行的病死猪无害化处理组合性政策的认知与评价,研究了现实情境下生猪养殖户病死猪处理的真实行为,并基于决策实验分析法研究了政府组合性政策对生猪养殖户病死猪处理行为的影响效应。研究表明,生猪养殖户病死猪处理行为十分复杂,受补贴与赔偿型、设施与技术型、监管与处罚型等构成的组合性政策的影响,不同类型政策的影响效应各不相同且政策之间相互作用,而监管与处罚型政策是组合性政策中最具影响效应的政策,补贴与赔偿型政策是目前规范生猪养殖户病死猪处理行为亟需完善的政策。This study uses survey data collected in concentrated pig-raising and breeding areas in Jiangsu, Anhui, Hubei and Hunan provinces to analyze pig farms＇ understanding on and assessment of government policies on the disposal of dead pigs in a non-harmful manner. It further reveals the actual behaviors of pig-raising households. Based on a decision-making experiment, the study tests the influence of combined policies on the pig farms＇ behavior concerning dead pigs＇ disposal. The results show that the behavior is more complex than expected, and is affected by different aspects of combined policies, such as subsidies and compensations, facilities and technology, as well as supervision and punishment Although different types of policies may exert varying effects, and such policies are often interdependent, the policy type of supervision and punishment is found to display a greater influence than the other types of policies. Meanwhile, the policy type of subsidies and compensations needs to be urgently improved in order to effectively regulate their behavior regarding dead pigs＇ disposal.
