摘　　要：针对在永磁材料生产过程中需要控制精度、控制能力高稳定的恒温环境,介绍了烧结炉采用PLC的智能温度控制系统,能使温度控制在±5℃的误差范围内,利用PLC内嵌的PID控制器和外部温控电路实现温度的自动控制。In the paper,it is introduced PLC intelligent temperature control system is applied in Sintering furnace,aiming at the needs of control accuracy,high control and stable constant temperature environment in the process of permanent magnetic material production,meanwhile the temperature can be controlled within the error range of ± 5 ℃.Use PID controller embedded in PLC and external temperature control circuit to achieve automatic temperature control.
