摘　　要：高校内部教学评估中有诸多价值主体,对评估动机、标准、实施主体和效用等存在明显的认知冲突。冲突的存在与评估背景、制度、频次和方式等因素密切相关。缓解认知冲突,保证评估顺利开展,需要全面做好评估文化的建构。There are a lot of value subjects in the university＇s internal teaching evaluation,which have obvious cognitive conflict in such contents as motivation,standard,subject of implementation and effectiveness of the evaluation.The conflict is closely related to the following factors of the evaluation：background,system,frequency,method,et al.In order to alleviate the cognitive conflict and ensure the smooth launching of the evaluation,it is necessary to construct the evaluation culture comprehensively.
