摘  要:以某型涡扇发动机为实体,采用发动机故障仿真建模、虚拟维修交互控制、三维模型转换与重构、计算机控制等技术,开发了发动机故障分析和诊断综合训练系统,建立了一种全新的实装和模拟器相配合的发动机维修训练模式。该系统实现了涡扇发动机状态与故障参数变化的光电模拟、故障分析与诊断排除模拟训练,有效缩短了涡扇发动机维护与故障诊断培训时间,减少了培训层次,提高了培训的效率和效果。Taking a certain type of turbofan engine as an entity,by using various technologies,such as modeling and simulation methods in fault diagnosis engines,virtual maintenance and interaction control,conversion and reconstitution of three-dimension model,computer control,etc.,a comprehensive training system of engines,which can analyze and diagnose malfunctions,is developed.Also,a new mode of engine maintenance and training that coordinates installation and simulator is established.This system realizes the photoelectron simulation,fault analysis and diagnosis,and removal training of malfunctions based on engine’s state and fault parameter variation.This system can shorten the training time and reduce the training level of maintaining and diagnosing malfunctions of turbofan engine.In addition,the efficiency and the effectiveness of training are improved.
