摘　　要：TPM管理思想,在企业生产设备管理中扮演着至关重要的作用,将企业TPM活动引入到高职实践教学中,能够提升学生"发现异常、处理和复原"的能力,培养学生职业素养。通过对基于该理论的设备管理的主要任务进行阐述,在结合其管理原则的基础上,提出TPM管理在高职院校实践教学中的应用对策。Because the total productive maintenance（TPM）plays important role in industry,this paper introduces TPM activity to practical teaching in vocational colleges which can improve students’ ability of＂failure identification and elimination＂and cultivate students’ professional quality.Based on discussing the main objectives of TPM and combining the mechanism of TPM with practical teaching,this paper also proposes the countermeasures of applying TPM in vocational college practical teaching activities.
