杭州市某社区居民中医药服务利用现状及需求调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解杭州市某社区居民的中医药服务利用情况及需求,以提高社区中医药服务质量。方法采用问卷调查法分析杭州市某社区居民中医药服务利用情况及需求影响因素。结果调查对象中50.5%的居民患病时首先想到中医疗法,主要接受中成药、中草药、拔火罐、针灸和推拿;近一年内总是、经常、偶尔、从未进行中医保健的居民分别占4.9%、16.1%、49.6%、29.4%。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,65岁以上居民中医需求较高;每周锻炼一次的居民中医需求高于从不锻炼的居民;自评生活状况不好的居民中医需求比自评生活状况好的居民少;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论居民中西医需求情况大致相当,不同年龄段、性别、文化程度、职业、收入、锻炼情况、自评生活状况、对中医不同看法的居民对中西医的需求选择不同,年龄段、性别、自评生活状况、体育锻炼情况4个因素与对社区居民的中西医需求选择有较为显著的影响。Objective To obtain scientific knowledge of the status quo of traditional Chinese medicine service utilization and needs of the service by residents of Hangzhou city so as to enhance the service in the communities. Method A questionnaire-based survey was conducted to collect data on the status quo of service utilization and the factors affecting the needs of the service. Findings 50. 5% of residents decided to give their priority to TCM therapy when taking medicine for their diseases and mainly turned to Chinese herbal medicine,cupping therapy,acupuncture or Tuina. As to the frequency of taking TCM health care in the latest year,4. 9% of the residents always did,16. 1% of the residents often did,49. 6%of the residents occasionally did,29. 4% of the residents never took TCM health care. The results of logistic regressionmodel showed that those over 65 years of age had more TCM demands than others. The residents who went for physical exercise once week had more TCM demands than those who never did. The low self-evaluation residents had less TCM demands than the high self-evaluation residents. Conclusion The residents in Hangzhou who demand TCM are equal in number to those who choose western medicine. The demand of TCM was a little higher than that of western medicine.Residents of different ages,gender,educational level,occupation,income,exercise situation,self-reported life situation and opinions towards TCM and western medicine have different demands of TCM and western medicine. Age,gender,selfreported life situation,physical exercise are the four factors that have more significant effect in the residents＇ choice of medicine.
