摘 要:为了降低炼钢生产成本,济钢210 t转炉采用留渣操作工艺。针对留渣操作影响转炉内温度、影响开吹泄爆和过程喷溅等问题,采取控制留渣量和氧气流量,优化冶炼二级计算模型参数设置、优化加料模式和装入结构等措施,实现了留渣操作过程平稳,留渣比例达到60%以上,泄爆率由8.9%降低到2.3%,吨钢石灰消耗降低3.8 kg,年炉渣排放量降低2.5万t,年创经济效益达1 026万元。In order to reduce the cost of steel production, slag operation process was used in Jinan Steel' s 210 t converters. Pointing at the influences remaining slag operation on converter temperature, on blow-off explosion venting and on the process spray etc., some measures were taken. For example, remaining slag quantity and optimizing smelting secondary calculation model parameters were controlled, feeding mode and loading structure were optimized. The remaining slag operation process is stable. The remaining slag ratio reached more than 60%. The explosion venting rate was decreased from 8.9% to 2.3%. The lime consumption per ton steel was reduced by 3.8 kg. The annual discharge of slag was reduced by 25 thousand t and the economic benefits is creased up to 10 million 260 thousand Yuan.
