摘　　要：分析了陕西高新技术产业发展的现状、存在的问题及原因,对陕西省与发达省市高新技术产业的差距进行比较,通过产业投入、产业产出、技术创新能力、产业支持环境四项因素将陕西省高新技术产业竞争力与全国其他主要省市进行评价对比研究,得出的评价结果是陕西省高新技术产业竞争力紧随高水平梯队,位于全国中上游,在产业产出以及创新因素上存在一定劣势,但在产业投入和支持环境上依然具有较大的竞争优势和潜力。The current situation,existing problems and reasons of advanced technology industry in Shaanxi were explored in this study. A comparison between Shaanxi and other more developed provinces in this field was also made. In terms of industry investment,industry output,technology innovation ability,and industry-supporting environment,the competitiveness of Shaanxi is listed up and middle place. Specifically,Shaanxi has its limits in industry output and technology innovation ability,while it enjoys privilege in industry investment and industry-supporting environment. Based on these results,some suggestions were presented to boost industrial competitiveness of advanced technology in Shaanxi.
