摘　　要：以职业教育、终身教育和终身学习等基础理论为依据,紧密结合当今世界科技发展和军事变革实际,借鉴外军终身教育体系和终身学习体系建设的成功经验与做法,立足我军战略转型建设的实际需要,阐述构建我军军事职业教育终身学习体系的必要性,分析我军军事职业教育终身学习体系存在的问题,提出构建我军职业教育终身学习体系的对策与思考。Considering the theories of vocational education, lifelong education and lifelong learning and the reality of tech- nological development and military revolution in the world, the paper elaborates the necessity of constructing military profes- sional education lifelong learning system according to the actual demand of strategic transformation in our army by learning the successful experiences from foreign army. It also analyzes the problems in military professional education lifelong learn- ing system and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
