摘  要:目的探讨增龄性因素对大鼠正畸牙齿移动过程中牙周组织细胞凋亡的影响。方法建立不同年龄组的正畸牙齿移动动物模型,在实验加力1d、3d、7d、14d及28d后,采用TUNEL方法检测牙齿移动过程中牙周组织细胞凋亡情况。结果青少年组实验侧加力3d时,压力区细胞凋亡率显著增高,7d开始呈下降趋势,28d时细胞凋亡率基本同对照侧;成年组加力3d开始压力区细胞凋亡率逐渐增加,28d时细胞凋亡率开始降低。在牙齿移动过程中,成年组实验侧牙周组织细胞凋亡率明显高于青少年组。结论细胞凋亡可能参与了正畸牙齿移动,但是增龄性因素使得成年组牙周组织细胞凋亡增加,进而影响各类细胞比例,改变牙周组织改建的速度和效果,使得牙齿移动速度减慢。Objective To investigate the effects of aging factors on the apoptosis of periodontal tissues during orthodontic tooth movement in rats. Methods Different age groups of orthodontic tooth movement animal model was established. The cell apoptosis in periodontal tissue was detected by TUNEL method at 1, 3, 7, 14 and 28 days after orthodontic force application. Results The apoptosis rate of periodontal tissues increased significantly at 3 days in the young group, then it decreased at 7 days, and the apoptosis rate was basically the same as the control side at 28 days. The apoptosis rate increased gradually at 3 days in the adult group, and it began to decrease at 28 days. The apoptosis rate of the experimental side in the adult group was significantly higher than that in the young group during the tooth movement. Conclusion Cell apoptosis may play a role during the orthodontic tooth movement. However, aging factors increase the cell apoptosis, affect the proportion of various cells, and change the speed and effect of periodontal tissue remodeling, finally, slow down the speed of tooth movement.
