摘 要:目的探讨黄瓜籽蛋白的纤溶酶活性、抗凝血和溶栓作用。方法纤溶酶活性测定采用纤维蛋白平板法;采用目内眦取血法和断尾法考察黄瓜籽蛋白对小鼠凝血和出血时间的影响;通过建立大鼠颈总动脉血栓模型,考察黄瓜籽蛋白的溶栓作用。结果黄瓜籽蛋白纤溶酶活性为:(1 632.26±117.33)IU/g;抗凝血实验对照组、黄瓜籽蛋白中、高剂量组小鼠出血时间和凝血时间均显著延长(p<0.01),表明黄瓜籽蛋白具有良好的抗凝血作用;溶栓实验结果表明,对照组、黄瓜籽蛋白低、中、高剂量组大鼠血栓湿重均显著减轻(P<0.01),对大鼠颈总动脉血栓形成具有明显的抑制作用。结论黄瓜籽蛋白具有较为显著的纤溶、抗凝血和溶解血栓的活性。Objective To investigate the effect of fibrinolysin activity, anticoagulation and thrombolysis of cucumber seed. Methods Methods Fibrinolytic activity was estimated by fibrin plate method; Bleeding and coagulation time were measured on rats by means of blood sampling in the eyes and tail cutting;Through the establishment of carotid arterial thrombosis model on rats to study the thrombolysis effect from cucumber seed protein. Results Results The fibrinolysin activity of cucumber seed protein is(1 632.26±117.33)IU/g;The bleeding and coagulation time were significantly prolonged in the anticoagulant control group、high and medium dosage cucumber seed protein groups(P〈0.01), it is shown that cucumber seed protein have a good anticoagulant effect;The thrombolysis experiment result was shown that the wet weight of the thrombus were significantly lower on the rats in the anticoagulant control group, high, medium and low dose cucumber seed protein groups(P〈0.01), it is shown that cucumber seed protein have significant anti-arterial thrombosis effect. Conclusion Cucumber seed protein has significant activity on effects of fibrinolysin, anticoagulation and thrombolysis.
